As outlined within our Company History section, for over 22 years CSS has delivered tens of thousands of projects ranging in scope from Network Infrastructure Installation, Automated Security Solutions to fully integrated Managed Services Solutions. Although our methodology remains consistent (following industry best practice) we realize that every client has different needs, risks and desired outcomes.
Working closely with you, our CSS project managers and consultants are able to rapidly assess the needs of your organisation and configure the implementation accordingly. Adopting a Project Management Methodology that draws upon the PRINCE2 approach to the Project Life Cycle ensures a significant reduction in implementation costs and longer-term support costs, providing an effective implementation process that enables customisation and peace of mind in the longer term.

Services
The project commences with a 'kick off' meeting with the Project Manager and key client personnel. The kick off meeting involves the project manager going through details of the project and determining all stakeholder requirements, benefits to achieved and the responsibilities surrounding all people, processes and tools.

As implementation progresses, regular reviews are held to consider progress against planned tasks and will consist of support in a number of areas, not just the installation but include the setting up and configuration of the product / solution, certification and aftercare.

Successful project completion on SCS installation in Boston Consulting Moscow office. Works continuation for network expansion in B,C,D,E and F Terminals of Sheremetyevo airport, at LG Electronics plant, in DHL Logistic in Khimki Business-center, in IKEA Khimki and Belaya Dacha, Nomos Bank, "Gruppa Cherkizovo", in Dupont, Repsol, Pepsico Moscow offices. Works started in FMC Technologies Moscow office. OUTSOURCING: Shell, Repsol, Abbott, Pepsico, Fritolay, MSD companies with total number of users more than 10 000. Contracts concluded for providing IT services to AMMANN, Monsanto and Brown Forman companies.
