The Service-Center of CSS provides different types of services for organizations, companies and individuals.
Standard Service - for a single event when no service agreement is in effect.
In CSS
Service-Center: for all the range of equipment,
including workstations, servers, UPS, network and end-user equipment the
following procedures are performed: - Preventive

- Diagnostics
- Repair
& Maintanence
- Expert Examination
- Upgrade
- Software
Problems Solution
Standard Service includes works, performed in our service center during a normal business day from 09:00 to 18:00 excluding holidays.
Extended Service - provides enhanced services in relation to Standard: - Reduction of response time to 2 or 4 hours
- Work on weekends or holidays, from 09:00 as late as 23:00
Prearranged Service Agreement - provides Customer with equipment support based on an Annual Package of Services, during normal working day duration and guaranteed maximum problem resolve time of 12
hours.
Administrative Support of the Customer's Network - provides a dedicated engineer for network maintenance at the Customer's location for a minimum period of 3 months at a time. |
